Job Title: Master Scheduler Production Job Category: Project and

Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The
Opportunity: This individual will work with the production planner
and the material coordinators supporting movement of materials
across departments. This role involves identifying schedule moves
and priorities while serving as a crucial communication link
between program management, production, procurement, and
engineering teams. The specialist estimates production rates, to
meet shipping deadlines. Responsibilities: Production Scheduling &
Prioritization: Develop and manage production schedules to meet
customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources. Prioritize
and expedite plans for critical assemblies to ensure adherence to
the schedule. Coordinating Production: Oversee the production
planning and coordination of activities Collaborating with SC
Material Planners who are responsible for material inventory
levels. (‘Good parts on-time”) Engineering Change Coordination:
Lead the coordination of engineering changes as they relate to
material in Work-In-Progress (WIP) by customer configuration. WIP
Management: Coordinate WIP material in partnership with engineering
teams. Reporting: Provide regular updates as required on production
status and any issues to upper management. Generate and maintain
master schedule and IMS by customer Qualifications: Required: A
minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a manufacturing
environment Eight years or more previous work experience in
production scheduling Eight years or more experience working in an
MRP/ERP system General understanding of how to follow detailed work
instructions and record required information in Travelers for
traceability Requires a High School Diploma and a minimum of eight
years of prior relevant experience or Secondary/Associate’s degree
from two-year college or technical school with a minimum of five
years related experience and/or training. Work is typically
performed in a Cleanroom environment (ISO Class 7) which requires
proper safety precautions. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work
environment and handle changing priorities. Willingness to learn
new tasks/skills. Experience in process improvement methodologies
such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, preferred. Desired: Review
production plan to identify risks and communicate the same to
Manager. Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to
ensure continuous operations. Develop process improvements for
inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet
business objectives. Analyze customer orders and establish
production schedules for timely delivery. Review change orders and
execute them appropriately. Investigate production control
problems, analyze root causes, and drive solutions. Ensure that
staff follow company policies and safety procedures. Develop
positive relationships with staff and customers to meet
productivity goals. Negotiate job orders with customers based on
equipment capacity and material availability. Analyze current and
backlog job orders and accordingly develop production plan and
schedules. Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing
departments in identifying and resolving production planning
problems. Communicating with quality on what priorities are being
finished by production to get inspected and finally moved to stock.
Reviewing WIP status and providing updates to different departments
on the status of each WIP job. This position is contingent on
funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position
is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently

final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location,
Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage
rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and

benefits. The proposed salary range for this position is: $78,000 -
