Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage
multi-state payroll processing for over 2,100 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
employee pay, benefits, and taxes
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for payroll
reporting and tax compliance
Review and recommend improvements to payroll policies and
procedures for best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of payroll experience
Experience managing payroll for at least 2,100 employees in a
multi-state environment
Knowledge of statutory requirements related to payroll and
multi-state tax
Experience with third-party payroll processors
Understanding of payroll accounting and best practices
