Are you looking for a new opportunity with a growing company? - A local Pool Company located in Palm Harbor is seeking an Office Assistant to assist their Office Manager with their daily tasks. - The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, QuickBooks entry and assisting with invoicing and permits. - -This is an in-office position- NO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE! -Qualifications:

  • Must have 1-2 years previous office experience -
  • Must have QuickBooks experience and MS Office -
  • Must have previous customer service experience -
