Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join a growing healthcare organization in the Palm Harbor area. This is a full-time direct-hire role that offers amazing benefits on DAY ONE!   • Handle various administrative duties to support office functions
  • Assist patients with check-in/check-out and scheduling
  • Assist with follow-up calls as necessary
  • Verify patient data and insurance information to ensure accurate billing
  • Benefits include: PTO (starts with 24 hours the day you start), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, college savings plan, education assistance
  • Pay range: $16-$18/hr (may vary depending on education, experience, or other determining factors) REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
