Job Description:

We are a specialized, woman-owned law firm with a passion for helping people from all walks of life whether they are families, individuals, or parents, no matter the net worth, age, and stage of life. Our focus is Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship and we are on a mission to help as many people as possible. -We are in Clearwater (Palm Harbor), Florida. -

Clients coming to the firm are often intimidated, confused, and scared by getting their affairs in order. -They often find comfort in knowing that our attorney will guide them through the process and that we are staying on top of their matter. Clients know that when they call us that we will recognize them as important clients and that they will get their routine questions answered.

Responsibilities:
--- Act as a "client concierge" from intake, scheduling, and sales of prospective clients, follow up to schedule appointments before and after, outreach after becoming a client, and nurture the client relationship for closed clients. You are one of the first people our clients will meet, either by phone or in person. You must have a bright and cheerful personality in order to make our clients feel welcome, valued, and heard.
--- Assist the firm owner in developing and executing programs for new client acquisition (including webinars/seminars/workshops), glide paths for converted clients, and retention of closed clients.
--- Assist the firm owner with all aspects of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
--- This position is ALL about treating every client as our TOP client, even before they retain our services too long after we have finished their case.
--- Must pay great attention to detail in obtaining information such as names and phone numbers.

Qualifications:
--- A solid base of customer service, communication, and people skills.
--- Strong attention to detail including grammar and spelling.
--- Willingness and ability to learn and grow.
--- You are a team player and are willing to take on tasks that are not squarely inside of the job description.
--- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and keep organized.
--- Excellent computer skills. Our software is cloud-based and you must be comfortable working with computers, and software and learning new programs.
--- This position is about RELATIONSHIPS! We want our clients to know that we value them and that we not only hear their concerns but that we solve them. You MUST love people and want to help them!!
--- High School Diploma; further education or experience in sales, marketing, or business is a strong advantage.
