Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire our dedicated team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and service
Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and improvement
Manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
Cultivate a positive and productive work environment
Enhance our operations with your unique skills and plans

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager, high-level AGM or similar position in an upscale casual dining restaurant
Highly accountable and hands-on
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Wine knowledge a plus!
