WHO WE ARE: Orchid Cove @ Palm Harbor - a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Palm Harbor, FL is currently seeking a Floor Unit Supervisor. - We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to come join our team!As the RN Supervisor within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the overall support and supervision of our clinical staff. - -Here @ Orchid Cove Palm Harbor, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents. -TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT -Unit Supervisor Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications and treatments
• Prepare residents for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures
• Manage the care plan process and communicate care plan instructions to patients and their families
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
• Active RN License Required
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in LTAC, SNF, or Hospital setting
• Advanced Organizational Skills
