- Complete temperature and humidity logs daily.
- Maintains supplies and equipment inventories; orders supplies and equipment for the laboratory.
- Complete data entry tasks and maintain generated microbiology data.
-Place biological indicators on test daily.
- Test biological indicators and generate report for product release daily.
- Review sterilization and lab documentation.
- Participate in sterilization and microbiology related validation activities.
- Provide support for all sterilization and microbiology related NCMRs and CAPAs.
- Assist in excursion investigations.
- Participate in all training programs as required.
- Other duties as assigned or dictated by production demands, including:
o Environmental monitoring of controlled rooms, water systems, and compressed gas systems.
o Routine product bioburden and endotoxin testing.
o In-house sterilization processing.Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
- Requires the ability to understand basic procedures.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
-Able to multitask and work well in a team environment.
- Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate constructively and cooperatively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
