As the RN Supervisor within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the overall support and supervision of our clinical staff. - -Here @ Orchid Cove Palm Harbor, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents. -
TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT -
Unit Supervisor Job Summary & Qualifications:

Provide direct nursing care and administer medications and treatments
Prepare residents for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures
Manage the care plan process and communicate care plan instructions to patients and their families
Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
Active RN License Required
Minimum 1 Year Experience in LTAC, SNF, or Hospital setting
Advanced Organizational Skills
Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
