Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM Location: Onsite - 2415 University Pkwy, Sarasota, FL 34243 | Primary Responsibilities: - Checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic - First on phones and routes all incoming calls, creates telephone encounters for assignment to other team members - Assists with referral questions - Contacts all new patients and builds charts - Makes first contact to welcome patients to our clinic - First point of contact onsite for all patients, vendors, visitors etc - Engage and Work Directly with Patients in a clinical setting - Utilize Computer Systems to Pull/Verify/Enter Patient Data - Organize/Schedule Patient Services/Appointments - Other duties as assigned You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher) - 1 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting - Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, outlook and excel Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of EHR systems, specifically eCW - Bilingual Spanish/English Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
