Key Responsibilities In this role, your success will be driven by: Assessing patients' medical histories. Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient. Diagnosing patients through movement observation and active listening. Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and anticipated outcomes. Employing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries. Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary. Qualifications Graduation from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida (or ability to initiate the licensing process promptly). Proficient in computer and EMR software applications.
