Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing primary care clinic serving an adult patient population. This role offers an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a collegial setting with manageable patient volume and minimal call responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Deliver patient-centered, high-quality clinical care Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine Active Florida Medical License (required) Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required Schedule & Call: Full-time, weekday schedule Very light call: 1:9 rotation No excessive after-hours burden Benefits: Performance-based incentives available Health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice insurance coverage Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Simple IRA retirement plan with employer match CME allowance and support for continuing education Cell phone allowance ????
