Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
speech-language therapy support within an elementary school
setting, this contract role offers an opportunity to work with a
diverse group of students ranging from PreK to 5th grade. The
position involves co-managing a caseload of approximately 60-65
students alongside another SLP, sharing a large workspace that
fosters collaboration and peer support. Therapy will address a
variety of needs, including general education speech and language
impairments, intensive support for spectrum disorders, intellectual
disabilities, developmental delays, and assistive communication
device users. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech
and language therapy services to students aged PreK through 5th
grade. Collaborate closely with a co-therapist, sharing caseload
and resources effectively. Support students presenting with a broad
range of communication challenges. Participate in ongoing
communication with educators and families to promote student
progress. Maintain compliance with Florida Department of Health
(DOH) licensure requirements. Qualifications: Professional
speech-language pathologist licensure with Florida DOH. Open to
candidates who are Certificate of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
eligible; structured support will be provided. Experience working
in school settings preferred, but new clinicians are welcomed.
Ability to work part-time, 2 to 3 days per week (15-20 hours).
