Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital, a premier healthcare provider, is
seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our
Medical-Surgical Oncology unit. This key position involves
supervising nursing staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring
adherence to established policies and procedures. Utilizing
advanced medical technology, the candidate will contribute to the

enhancing both patient outcomes and community health. Supervise and
organize nursing operations in the Med Surg Oncology unit.
Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Oversee the
development and implementation of nursing care plans. Monitor and
ensure the quality of nursing practices and adherence to patient
safety standards. Assist in the training and development of nursing
staff. Manage staff scheduling, and evaluate staff performance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality and
efficacy of patient care. Participate in research and update
practice protocols based on evidence-based practices. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and
systems. Ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Empathy and
patience in dealing with patients and their families. Comprehensive
knowledge in oncology nursing practices. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. BLS (Basic Life
Support) Certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Certification preferred. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
certification highly preferred.
