Job Description We are looking for a full-time Associate
Veterinarian to join our Healthcare Practice Team. As a clinical

veterinary team members. What You'll Do: Empower team to deliver an
unparalleled client experience. Develop a rapport with clients and
resolve their needs and wishes. Perform physical examinations and
diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures in a way that will
deliver quality care while minimizing stress and discomfort of
patients. Has mastered medical skills and perform basic surgery.
Explain physical examination findings and communicate a diagnosis
of the pet’s condition; generate and present a treatment plan for
the pet to the client. Educate clients on preventative health care,
including vaccines and appropriate nutritional products. Maintain
client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all logs
are kept up to date through established protocols; assist
colleagues in follow-up and future management of the patient.
Staying current with new medical information and changes in
veterinary medicine, attend continuing education meetings. Assist
in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure the
delivery of the highest quality care. Positively represents the
clinic in the professional community and to the public. Support
Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants issues as needed.
Participation in self-development courses along with required
compliance training. Perform related duties and assignments by
management. Oversee operating, safety, and compliance procedures as
required by applicable law and processes and policies. Position may
require some travel. What You'll Need: A Doctor of Veterinary
Medicine degree (DVM, VMD) is required Active State license in good
standing, DEA license and other state credentials as required 2 - 3
years’ experience in general medicine and surgery; residency or
internship trained 2 years of supervised experience with veterinary
radiation machines preferred Multi-task with a high degree of
integrity and accountability. Outstanding listening and
problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication
skills. Comfortable collaborating with other veterinary
professionals in a team-oriented environment. Is passionate about
helping people and pets with compassion and excellent customer
service focus. Ability to multi-task and perform well in a face
paced, self-starter environment. Physical Job Requirements:
Standing or walking up to 80% per shift. Frequently lift up 50 to
70 pounds using an optional team lift. Occasionally lift greater
than 70 pounds using a team lift. Stand, push, pull, carry, squat,
and kneel. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be
influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the
candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In
addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and
