Assess, plan, and administer patient care in an emergency room setting Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate personnel Administer medications and treatments efficiently and according to hospital policy Advocate for patients’ and families’ needs, or coordinate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure effective patient care Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately Maintain a high level of readiness and cleanliness in the ER environment Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Emergency room procedures and protocols Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
