team at AdventHealth Ocala as a Cardiac CRNA in a high-acuity,
team-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support
advanced cardiac procedures in a collaborative and innovative
setting. $75K Sign-On Bonus | No Call | High-Acuity Cardiac Cases |
Monday–Friday Schedule Work alongside a dedicated team of
anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver
comprehensive anesthesia care for: CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating
Room) procedures Electrophysiology (EP) cases Structural Heart
interventions As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre-anesthesia
assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia,
intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery. Job
Description: Schedule & Environment - Monday–Friday schedule - No
call or weekends - Supportive, team-based care model High-acuity
cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility - Strong culture and
administrative support Compensation & Benefits - Excellent
compensation based on years of experience - median $245K - $75K
Sign-on bonus - $25K Incentive bonus Year 4 - $4000 CME & 5 Paid
Days - $15k Cardiac Stipend - Premium shift bonus - 401 & 403b

Paid Vacation - Practice at top of license Requirements - Active
Florida ARNP License - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
