Description: CAN Community Health is now hiring a Driver Medical Mobile Unit Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Salary: $21-$24 per hour based on experience Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference every day? This role supports community outreach efforts by enabling access to medical care in underserved areas. - Safely operate and drive the medical mobile unit to scheduled locations across urban and rural areas. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness. - Assist with setup and breakdown of the mobile clinic, including power, internet, and equipment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior. - Monitor and report maintenance needs, fuel levels, and mechanical issues. - Ensure compliance with traffic laws, DOT regulations, and organizational safety protocols. - Represent the organization professionally and respectfully in the community Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of an employee for this job. Requirements: Education/Professional: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a commercial or similar vehicle - Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate state license with clean driving record. - Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
