HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis, providing expert respiratory care at our advanced facilities. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, patient-centered respiratory services, tailored to individual patient needs, helping to reinforce HCA Healthcare's commitment to improve human life. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment to treat a diverse range of respiratory conditions, using state-of-the-art technology and methods to administer treatments, manage ventilator support, and participate in patient recovery plans. Assess patient respiratory conditions through physical examinations and diagnostic tests. Implement and monitor appropriate treatments, including managing ventilator support. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans. Document patient care services and outcomes for clinical records. Assist in the development of respiratory therapy protocols.
