Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Home Health division to provide patient-centered care across our diverse communities. In this role, you'll deliver expert therapy services in patients’ homes, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence, adhering to the highest standards of health and care. Conduct patient assessments to determine their physical condition, limitations, and personal goals. Create customized treatment plans that encourage patient autonomy and restore function. Implement therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and families on home exercises and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Expertise in developing personalized occupational therapy treatment plans Ability to perform home safety and risk assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using therapy equipment and adapting environments for patient needs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Valid driver’s license and reliable transport, CPR certification
