Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for
our Physical Therapy Department at our Rehabilitation Hospital in
Largo, Florida. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Registered Nurse
with proven leadership skills, capable of driving high-quality
patient care consistent with Encompass Health's commitment to
excellence in healthcare. In this full-time position, you will lead
and mentor an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized care
plans, and ensure regulatory compliance, all aimed at enhancing
patient rehabilitation outcomes. We are dedicated to fostering a

bachelor's degree in a related field, along with a valid RN
certification and the ability to obtain a Florida state license. In

Develop and implement care plans responsive to patient goals and
rehabilitation needs. Collaborate with physicians and the clinical
team to provide a seamless continuum of care. Ensure compliance
with facility, local, state, and federal regulations. Mentor and
develop clinical staff to enhance patient care capabilities.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing
