Job Description:
Innisbrook Resort, home of the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship,
is looking for a Training and Recruiting Coordinator for its Human
Resource team. This is a new position which will facilitate the
Company's talent acquisition, training & engagement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Manage the Company's employment-related branding initiatives,
working closely with the Marketing team
-Maintain training records for all employees.
-Track and keep up to date required certifications, licenses, etc.
for all employees.
-Act as the face of the Company's community engagement and social
responsibility goals.
-Source, attract, and screen candidates for all areas of the
property.
-Support other areas of the Human Resource function as needed.
-Monitor and update recruitment and hiring processes as needed.
-Develop, facilitate, and continually improve new hire orientation
programs.
-Provide coaching and resources to hiring managers in order to
ensure the best possible onboarding experience for new Service
Professionals.
-Own the training function for the Company and company-wide as
needed.
-Support and assist with other human resource department
activities.
-Represent the Company at local and regional career fairs.
-Occasional travel may be required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-PHR/SHRM-CP preferred but not required
-Active pursuit of certification is a plus, if not already
certified
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary
language(s) used in the workplace.
-Requires good communication skill, both verbal and written
-Must possess basic computational ability
-Must possess basic computer skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
-May be required to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form to deal
with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations.
-Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and
controlled by hotel environmental systems.
-Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day.
-Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
-Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
-Requires grasping, writing, typing, standing, walking, repetitive
motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
-Talking and hearing occur in the process of communicating with
others.
-Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary
equipment.
-Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment
such as computers, printers, 10-key adding machine, computers,
multi-line phones, filing cabinets, FAX machine, photocopiers and
other office equipment as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
-Must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment,
communicate with others, effectively deal with customers and accept
constructive criticism from peers.
-Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with
interruptions.
