Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an
experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a busy
and well-established litigation practice in Orlando, FL. This is a
fully onsite position supporting attorneys handling complex
commercial and business litigation matters. Qualifications: Minimum
3 years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial and/or
business litigation Strong experience with pleadings, discovery,
motions, and court filings Familiarity with Florida state and
federal court procedures Excellent organizational, communication,
and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in
a fast-paced environment Proficiency with legal document management
systems and Microsoft Office Responsibilities: Prepare, revise, and
file litigation documents and correspondence Manage attorney
calendars, deadlines, and court dates Assist with discovery,
including document production and organization Coordinate filings
with state and federal courts Communicate professionally with
clients, courts, and opposing counsel Maintain case files and
ensure accuracy and compliance Benefits Include: Competitive salary
