Downtown Orlando, FL 32801 Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office
(Orlando) Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, based on
experience While eminent domain experience is strongly preferred,
candidates with substantial litigation experience will also be
considered. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal and
administrative support to multiple attorneys Draft, revise, and
proofread legal documents and correspondence Prepare and manage
filings in state and federal courts Maintain case files, calendars,
deadlines, and discovery materials Coordinate with courts, clients,
opposing counsel, and internal teams Effectively manage competing
priorities in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications Minimum
5 years of legal assistant experience (eminent domain strongly
preferred; heavy litigation experience accepted) Strong knowledge
of court procedures, filings, and legal terminology Exceptional
attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask
and perform under pressure in a busy practice Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Proficiency with legal document
