NTC is looking for Systems Architect to join our team! The role
of the Systems Architect will be to design and oversee the building
of networking and computer systems, as well as the creation of
software and application solutions for Nationwide Title
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with the Business Analyst, Software Development and
Infrastructure teams to determine IT requirements for new software
Develop high-level design and system specifications with
attention to system integration and feasibility.
Oversee progress of the Development and Infrastructure teams to
ensure consistency with the initial design.
Coordinate design specifics with Information Security to gain
Evaluate and make recommendations on IT Business Case
submissions for review by IT Management.
Participate in the IT Steering Committee meetings with Chief
Executives and key staff.
Help define and map out the long-term technical strategic
direction for IT.
Analyze the current IT environment to detect any critical
deficiencies and suggest solutions for improvement.
Document key system components, interfaces, infrastructure, and
process flows, and ensure documentation is updated when designs
Maintain and reconcile budget vs. actuals for all Technology
expenses across the company.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Software Development and
Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating “all hands” meetings
when necessary to provide solutions for problems that appear to be
Analyze industry and IT trends to identify impact on current
Setup, review, report and make recommendations to IT Management
key monitoring metrics for hardware systems and software usage.
Qualifications Additional skills and requirements:
Must be well organized
Minimum three years IT experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred
Ability to take and follow direction
Ability to work overtime and weekends for projects if needed
