If so, our client is hiring an Admin Processor!What You'll Do:

• Support residential installation and service departments.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate, prioritize and schedule installations and service appointments.
• Provide reception coverage as needed.
• Act as payroll liaison.
• Assist with ordering supplies, filing and backup when lead admin is out.
• Handle incoming customer and associate relations calls.
• Process accounts payable invoices. -What You Bring:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Data Entry skills.
