Join our award-winning team today. We are currently looking for an IT System Support Technician to join our team! The pay for this position starts at $15.00/hour, and is based on experience. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM The role of the IT Help Desk Specialist is to assist end users with any and all computer workstation based issues. This person would be responsible for completing computer and phone equipment moves, additions to workstations and changes. This person must be capable of assembling, troubleshooting and installing software utilized by NTC on an employees workstation computer. This position will also assist senior technicians on projects as directed. Job Duties (including but not limited to): Identify and assist end users with desktop issues Track all work in the corporate work order ticketing system Support LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network) connectivity, along with assisting in the maintenance of wireless systems and components Maintain and install computer hardware and software Analyze and isolate issues with workstation computer Monitor workstation computers to ensure availability to the end users Evaluate and modify system's performance Evaluate and remediate workstation security, including identifying risks and virus removal Job Requirements:Job Requirements: Must be well organized Fast learner Able to lift and move equipment Able to be on your feet and walking between multiple office buildings throughout the day Able to take and follow direction Able to work overtime and weekends for projects if needed Great customer service skills Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment Team player NTC will offer the following benefits: Insurance after 60 days of employment (Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Supplemental) 7 Paid Holidays after 90 days 401K after 6 months with partial matching Company Paid Life Insurance PTO and sick days begin accruing on the first day of employment, and are available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary. PTO/sick days are accrued as follows: Your first and second year you will accrue 10 days per year. Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year. Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year. And from 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year.
