Job Description:

Job Summary: The performance data analyst will collect, organize, cleanse and interpret data to find meaningful and actionable insights. You must be able to identify and apply the most appropriate analytical techniques to develop performance measurement frameworks - KPIs, goals, user needs, benefits - and analyze the performance of our products, services and performance for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient systems for collection information on performance
• Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data
• Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions
• Implement plans to improve performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting processes
• Review and recommend improvements to existing business programs
• Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
• Working with leadership to set performance objectives and updating as necessary
• Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports to management
• Suggest new techniques and technologies to meet or exceed business goals
• Improving the efficiency of teams to achieve their goals
• Troubleshooting recommendations
• Performance of root cause analysis Requirements
  Work Experience / Knowledge:
  • Ability to set up and analyze business indicators
  • Ability to analyze various data, products, and systems
  • Ability to work with and manage large volumes of data
  • Knowledge of various tools for conducting statistics
  • Advanced knowledge of KPI
  • Ability to disseminate information Qualifications / Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, accounting, or another related field
    • Minimum three years of professional training experience is required
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to use various communication platforms
    • High attention to detail Special Requirements:
      • Willing to work irregular hours as needed
      • Willing to accept various projects and tasks as needed
