• Experienced and detail-oriented Residential Construction Estimator needed.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for information gathering.
• Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Source pricing information to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Utilize construction estimating software and tools for efficiency- BuilderTrend.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market rates.
• Review subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and select qualified subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and support the project team.
• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Estimator.
• Proficient in construction estimating software.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
