Description:This position is an exciting opportunity to grow a career in Medicare Sales! The role is responsible for making outbound calls from leads provided by the client on a daily basis. Candidates must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Tenture agents make on average 150 dials a day. The calls are to individuals nationwide.The normal shift is Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.Average performers make first year between 50-60k. While top performers can make 80k and north of that.
