Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a licensed agent who has a passion for investment real estate!

This position is with the Investment Division at Team Borham and as an Acquisitions Agent, you will work closely with other agents and the division director. Your primary objective is to purchase properties on behalf of the company for the team that could have the upside potential for investment. Other duties include preparing comparable market analysis reports and writing estimated renovation cost reports. Our goal is to ensure the seller experience is consistent with the team's 5-star customer service promise.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
--- Generate potential homeowner leads for sale conversion
--- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value for both investors and homeowner
--- Travel to properties and create an estimated renovation cost and finalize value report for the property
--- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with investors and homeowners, facilitating a win/win outcome
--- List in the MLS residential and multi-family real estate or off-market opportunities to your investors
--- Educate homeowners on basic real estate procedures to ensure a smooth transaction

Qualifications:
--- Must be a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, or already in the process of obtaining your license. -
--- Ability to connect with investors and homeowners
--- Negotiation skills
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Ability to follow procedures and training
--- Valid Driver's License and personal transportation a must
--- 1-3 years of industry experience preferred, not required
