Job Description Do you want to make an impact in the lives of

our field sales team as a Veterinary Diagnostic Sales Specialist.
Location/Assigned Territory: Greater Miami, Southern Florida/Puerto
Rico Territory (must live in southern Florida) This is a field
sales role that requires extensive daily travel within this
territory – if you don’t reside within this territory in Southern
Florida, your resume won’t be considered. Who we are Bionote has a
long history as a leading research and development company in the
animal health diagnostic field. Headquartered in Minnesota, the
Bionote USA team works with veterinarians and medical professionals
around the world. Bionote USA offers the veterinary industry the
ability to elevate their practices through affordable and/or new
technology options. Our flagship product is the Vcheck F- the V200-
a fully quantitative europium immunoassay fluorescent analyzer-
that has 17 biomarker tests on its expansive menu, including
industry exclusives. Additionally, Bionote USA offers canine
heartworm testing, and this year will be introducing an entirely
new line of analyzers for the veterinary lab space. Bionote USA
products currently focus on canine, feline, and equine diagnostic
solutions. ARE YOU THE RIGHT SALESPERSON FOR THE JOB? Do you live

Are you bilingual? Strong written and verbal communication skills
in English and Spanish Can you travel at least 75%, including
extensive car travel 3-5 days/week and overnight, out-of-town stays
within an assigned territory, and attend trade shows, as needed,
which may require airline travel? The territory consists of

We are looking for people like you: Pet-passionate individual with
proven sales experience in the veterinary sales market and/or
medical device sales required. Able to complete daily travel within
the territory, including some overnight, within a given territory
and occasional trade shows outside of the territory Dynamic and
energetic Ability to take direction and work constructively and
collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals. Ability
to work independently while under the supervision of a manager.
Possess strong organizational skills, integrity, and
self-motivation. Ability to problem solve quickly and
professionally. Committed professional with the ability to succeed
in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to identify needs and
educate customers in a resourceful and dynamic way, while also
focusing on driving the sale. Passion to enhance DVM practices
through the placement of our products/analyzers/diagnostic tests,
with the greater outcome in mind - improving the lives of pets and

mentality with the ability to do overnight travel. Objectives of
this Role Represent our company’s products and services to the
veterinary market by educating the in-clinic/hospital veterinary
team. Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
through the successful implementation of sales and marketing
strategies and tactics. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Build
and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and
identify new sales opportunities Prospect and qualify leads,
schedule appointments, and manage the full sales cycle to close new
business Demonstrate deep product knowledge through effective
presentations and objection handling Tailor communication to
individual client needs with active listening and clear,
professional responses Provide timely, accurate, and concise sales
reports and updates Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive,
solutions-oriented service Collaborate with the sales team to meet
company sales goals and performance standards Consistently achieve
sales targets through structured processes and client-focused
selling Competency in utilizing CRM systems, Microsoft Office
(Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Phone apps, and other
electronic tools to manage sales activities and communication
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills Exhibit
strong organizational skills and attention to detail Deliver
exceptional customer care and ensure seamless service throughout
the client journey What your typical day might be like: This is a
field sales role and requires daily travel within the listed
territory. We work with veterinary professionals who have various
hours, so we try to accommodate this changing dynamic in our own
schedules. Yes, this is a full-time position, but you will need to
be flexible to get what needs to be done when your customer is
available. However, this is also an added benefit, as you create
the schedule that works best for you, your potential customers, and
their business needs. For our work environment to remain flexible
and effective, it requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a
person of trustworthy character, because you will be building your
schedule and territory while representing our Bionote brand. While
you will work mostly on your own once trained, you will work
closely with remote colleagues and report to a small internal team.
You will report directly to our US Sales Manager or a regional
manager, as assigned, depending upon your territory. What You Need
To Succeed: Proven sales experience in the veterinary sales market
or medical device sales is required. Bilingual: Strong written and
verbal communication skills in English and Spanish A reliable
vehicle, a valid driver's license, and your own car insurance are
required for this position. College degree in the fields of
biology, animal science, or related preferred. Proficiency with
sales management software and CRM. Demonstrated computer skills
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and general but proficient
computer navigation). Familiarity with and ability to quickly
learn, if needed, new skills such as the use of iPhone capabilities
and the use of apps for communication and reporting. Basic
professional writing skills and effective and professional verbal
communication skills are a must. Excellent communication,
interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational
skills. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Ability
to multitask while meeting sales goals and business needs. Other
important things to know: You need a reliable vehicle, a valid
driver's license, and your own car insurance. As we hire,
territories may change a bit (we won’t require you to move), and we
may ask you to adapt to include a new area or a condensed area,
consider additional job assignments such as leadership, mentoring,
training, or other responsibilities based upon your skill sets and
aptitude, as part of the team. This position offers: Base salary,
