Job Description Platinum Healthcare Physical Medicine is an integrated pain management and physical wellness clinic focused on improving function and reducing pain through comprehensive evaluations and targeted procedural care. We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) who is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a procedure-forward outpatient setting. What You’ll Do Perform thorough medical histories and detailed physical exams focused on musculoskeletal and pain conditions Develop and document assessment/plan consistent with clinical standards and clinic protocols Provide and/or assist with injection-based therapies, including nerve blocks, trigger points, joint injections, and regenerative medicine. Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare, and functional goals Utilize the EHR to create timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including procedure notes and follow-up plans Coordinate care with the clinic team to support a seamless patient experience (intake, follow-ups, outcomes tracking) Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant in Florida in good standing Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort working in a procedure-based outpatient environment (training available for the right candidate) Proficiency with EHR workflows and high-quality clinical documentation Professional, patient-centered communication style and strong attention to detail Skills That Succeed Here Procedural confidence and strong sterile technique Comfort diagnosing common musculoskeletal conditions (spine, joint, soft tissue) Clear, defensible charting aligned with industry standards Patient-first mindset and strong follow-through Team-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused
